At nimbls.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our Support Team within 30 days of delivery.
1. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described (wrong item, material, or size), we’ll gladly replace or refund it.
Please provide:
- Order number and contact details
- Photos of the packaging label, size tag, and the defective or incorrect item
Once confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
2. Wrong Size Received
If the item’s measurements differ by more than 1.5 inches from our size guide, contact us within 30 days.
Provide:
- Order number
- Photos showing the size tag and actual measurements (width and length)
If verified, you’ll receive a full refund.
3. Lost Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived, please check your mailbox, neighbors, local post office, and security cameras first.
If still missing, contact us within 30 days with:
- Order number
- Verified shipping address
- Confirmation from your local post office
We’ll refund your payment once we verify the package was lost in transit.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations or modifications aren’t possible.
Notes:
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- For international orders, defective or unwanted items are supported within 30 days of delivery.
